Ans: The coverage will give for total Loss Only (ICC-C )1.1.82.<\/p>

4. How long does it take to produce policy?<\/strong><\/p>

Ans: Normally it takes about 45 minutes if the required documents are all set but in condition when survey process is needed, it may take from one day to one week depend on circumstances.<\/p>

Premium is calculated based on the insured value and the rating may vary according to the type of cargo,voyage and the season of the trip.<\/p>

6. How long is the policy period?<\/strong><\/p>

Ans: The marine cargo insrance policy covers for only Single Voyage (One Trip). Insurance covers the period between the start of the checkout and the departure point. (Exclude loss or damage incurred while cargo loading\/unloading)<\/p>

7. What is the coverage for Marine Cargo insurance ?<\/strong><\/p>

Ans: Depending on the process, compensation is resolved as soon as possible.<\/p>

Ans: Only one time can be claimed because this is the single voyage type of insurance.<\/p>

12. What should the insured do if there is any changes before departure date?<\/b><\/p>

Ans: Customer need to inform AYA SOMPO Insurance and fill endorsement request letter.<\/p>

Ans: Customer need to fill Cancellation Request Letter and bring to AYA SOMPO Insurance before the departure date.<\/p>
