I joined AYA SOMPO Insurance in July 2020, and it has been an incredible journey of challenges, growth, and learning. With the unwavering support of my colleagues and the guidance of senior management, I’ve been able to overcome difficulties and gain invaluable experiences along the way. Through my daily work and participation in impactful programs such as Emerging Leaders Program, HiPo Program, and SOMPO-NUS Global University Program, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of the insurance industry, with remarkable international exposure. AYA SOMPO has given me many opportunities to grow and improve. I’m grateful to be part of a company that values innovation, teamwork, and professional development. This journey has been life-changing, and I’m excited to keep contributing to our shared success.
I have been with AYA SOMPO for 7 years, and during this time, I’ve had the chance to learn new things and overcome challenges that have sharpened my skills. Since joining AYA SOMPO in March 2022, I've experienced firsthand the company's commitment to both employee growth and a positive work environment. Starting in the Claim Department, I gained valuable experience in data analysis and project management, contributing to operational improvements and gaining valuable insights into the corporate world. AYA SOMPO’s supportive culture facilitated my rapid learning of the insurance industry. Beyond career development, the company fosters a strong sense of community through various events and celebrations. Working with exceptional teams has provided valuable knowledge of effective operations and the broader corporate landscape. Eager to broaden my perspective, I recently transitioned to the Corporate Strategy Department, where I'm excited to contribute to AYA SOMPO's continued success from a strategic vantage point.
