1. With the approval of the Ministry of Planning, Finance and Industry of Myanmar, AYA Myanmar General Insurance Co Ltd will be named as “AYA SOMPO Insurance Co Ltd” effective 1^st January 2020, conducting GENERAL INSURANCE Business in Myanmar. AYA SOMPO Insurance Co Ltd was issued with Joint Venture license from Ministry of Planning, Finance and Industry on 28th November 2019.

2.This is to inform you that all terms and conditions of your General Insurance policy/ policies with AYA Myanmar General Insurance Co Ltd remain unchanged, and as such, with effect from 1^st January 2020, AYA SOMPO Insurance Co Ltd will assume (i) the obligations of your policy/ policies (including processing and settlement of insurance claims); and (ii) the rights and benefits under your policy/ policies (including right to receive premiums). The company name/ logo on your policy/ policies will be changed to AYA SOMPO Insurance Co Ltd upon renewal of the policy/ policies.
