Job Description

  • Receive and process cash, cheques, and digital payments for insurance premiums and related transactions.
  • Issue receipts for all collections and maintain proper documentation.
  • Reconcile daily cash collections and deposit them to the designated bank account.
  • Assist in handling refunds, claim disbursements, and other payment transactions.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and transaction history.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of cashiering or accounting experience (preferably in the financial services or insurance industry).
  • Strong knowledge of cash handling, reconciliation, and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
