Job Description

  • Coordinate with bank staff and internal teams to process new insurance applications.
  • Ensure timely and accurate policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals.
  • Handle premium collections, reconciliations, and banking transactions related to bancassurance.
  • Monitor daily operations and resolve discrepancies in data, documents, or payments.
  • Support bancassurance sales teams with operational guidance and documentation requirements.
  • Respond to customer and bank partner inquiries regarding policy status, claims, or payments.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases for operational tracking.
  • Coordinate claim submissions and liaise with relevant departments for quick resolution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in insurance operations, bancassurance, or financial services.
  • Good understanding of insurance products, processes, and bancassurance model.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
