Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of motor insurance claims by analyzing vehicle damage and related components.
  • Apply engineering expertise to determine the cause, extent, and nature of damage.
  • Prepare detailed assessment reports with photographs, diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and accurate for claim processing.
  • Communicate with claimants, repair vendors, and internal teams to gather information and clarify technical details.
  • Present assessment findings in a way that is easily understandable to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Use engineering principles to evaluate the feasibility and cost‑effectiveness of repairs or replacements.
  • Collaborate with repair workshops and technical experts to validate repair estimates.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance industry standards, regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Stay updated on organizational changes, regulatory updates, and compliance guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
  • Strong understanding of motor systems and automotive components
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • High attention to detail with strong documentation abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
