Job Description

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient and organized working environment.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement.
  • Manage office equipment maintenance and coordinate with vendors for repairs and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of company assets and ensure proper usage.
  • Process purchase requests and obtain quotations from suppliers.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Prepare administrative reports, expense summaries, and related documentation.
  • Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administration or office management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of procurement or facility management is an advantage.
