Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both retail and corporate insurance sectors.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
  • Work closely with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Participate in the development of sales and business growth strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and the insurance market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
