Job Description

  • Ensure timely and accurate tracking, monitoring, and resolution of all claims-related matters.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline claims judgment and decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and present accurate and insightful management reports using system-generated data.
  • Participate in system development and enhancement initiatives to improve the efficiency and accuracy of claims handling.
  • Review quarterly claims provisions and ensure timely preparation of the provision table for management approval.
  • Work closely with finance and actuarial teams to align provisions with financial reporting standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, insurance, or related field.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting using relevant tools and systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of claims processes and financial provisioning.
  • Proven experience in system enhancement and process optimization projects.
  • High attention to detail, with strong documentation and compliance management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and contract negotiation skills.
