Deputy Manager (Claim)

Job Description

Ensure timely and accurate tracking, monitoring, and resolution of all claims-related matters.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline claims judgment and decision-making processes.
Prepare and present accurate and insightful management reports using system-generated data.
Participate in system development and enhancement initiatives to improve the efficiency and accuracy of claims handling.
Review quarterly claims provisions and ensure timely preparation of the provision table for management approval.
Work closely with finance and actuarial teams to align provisions with financial reporting standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, insurance, or related field.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting using relevant tools and systems.
In-depth knowledge of claims processes and financial provisioning.
Proven experience in system enhancement and process optimization projects.
High attention to detail, with strong documentation and compliance management capabilities.
Excellent communication and contract negotiation skills.
