Job Description

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for insurance products (Life, General, Health, etc.).
  • Develop promotional materials, brochures, digital content, and presentations.
  • Support digital marketing activities, including social media management, online advertising, and email marketing.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Organize and coordinate marketing events, seminars, and customer engagement programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare reports.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners.
  • Support customer education initiatives to promote awareness of insurance products and services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
