Operations Assistant

Job Description

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the insurance business, including policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Maintain and update customer, policy, and claims data accurately in the system.
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination with internal teams (Sales, Underwriting, Claims, Finance, and HR) to resolve issues.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Respond to client and agent inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Insurance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, business support, or administrative roles (insurance experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
