Job Description

  • Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain records of QA findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
  • Develop and update QA checklists and evaluation forms.
  • Identify gaps and areas for process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
  • Assist in developing training material for quality and compliance awareness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Knowledge of insurance operations (e.g., policy administration, claims, customer service).
  • Familiarity with local insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and QA tools.
