Job Description

  • Report to HOD on monthly performance versus target surveys
  • Conduct Risk surveys (full risk surveys, follow up surveys, loss prevention surveys, thermography surveys, forklift/warehouse operation surveys).
  • Present/submit (international) standard survey reports to assist underwriters/ reinsurers/business(marketing) to understand more risk and to set appropriate rates and T&Cs.
  • To make risk improvement recommendations to create win-win situation of both client and insurance company
  • Commit to turnaround time agreed with respective stakeholders.
  • Ensure to dispatch all reports to parties on time.
  • Contribute to trainings and knowledge sharing sessions
  • Monitor and review individuals and department performance to promote
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by direct superior.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil Engineering preferred).
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a related engineering field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Sound knowledge of QC/QS, fire safety standards, and risk assessment practices.
  • Computer literate.
  • Proficient in English.
