Job Descriptions

  • Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding).
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll preparation and leave/attendance management.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and probation reviews.
  • Oversee general office administration, facilities management, and office supplies procurement.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing (physical and digital).
  • Manage contracts, service providers, and vendor relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in administration and/or HR.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HR software knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.
