Job Description

  • Direct report to Unit Leader.
  • Tracks the progress of projects using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
  • Proactively provide comprehensive project support for [specific PMO support activity] to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide support in areas such as project staffing, meeting support, project timelines, and data management.
  • Organizing maintenance, preparation, and delivery of contracts, reports, and budgets.
  • Document project management-related files and ensure that they all comply with ISO standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve project-related challenges.
  • Any other duties assigned by direct Unit Leader and HOD.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates (prefer bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field) or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination (IT software project), or related areas.
  • Related certifications or diploma
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.).
  • Basic Project Management Knowledge & familiarity with Project Management Tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude under pressure is important.
