How to get motor insurance compensation in case of car accident?

First, you need to call AYA SOMPO Insurance Claim Hotline – 09 777 100 999.

You can then claim compensation through the E-Claim service steps shown in the video below.
In the event of an accident, either the insured vehicle or third-party damage can be repaired at AYA SOMPO Authorized workshops or at your own workshop.

If you go to AYA SOMPO Authorized workshop you can fix it without any repair cost, but if you want to fix it in your favorite workshop, you can request it back to AYA SOMPO with the required documents. Proposed expenses will be reimbursed according to the rates set by AYA SOMPO Authorized Workshops. If there is a risk of theft, the case must be informed to a relevant police station.
