Job Description

  • Assist in providing daily IT Infrastructure and Operations support, including basic tasks related to systems software, networks, servers, and enduser devices through the IT Helpdesk, remote support, and onsite support.
  • Act as the first point of contact to help users with technical issues via phone or email under supervision.
  • Help identify issues and suggest the most appropriate basic solutions based on guidance from senior team members.
  • Record incidents, issues, and resolutions in the system logs accurately.
  • Follow up with users and update their status or information as instructed.
  • Observe and suggest simple improvements to procedures when applicable.
  • Carry out tasks assigned by the Engineer, Senior Engineer, or Unit Leader, and support the team as needed.

Skills or Competencies Requirements

  • Any graduate is eligible to apply.
  • Basic certifications in relevant fields are preferred, such as A+ or NE.
  • Basic handson experience in diagnosing and resolving common technical issues.
  • Customeroriented mindset with patience and a helpful attitude.
  • Basic understanding of networking and system-related terms.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
