On 9^th April 2020 AYA SOMPO Insurance Company has been awarded the Certification of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System by Guardian Independent Certification (Myanmar) for the reason of upraising the life quality of people in Myanmar with “international advanced technologies, reliable insurance coverage and strong financial execution”.

Guardian Independent Certification (Myanmar) has awarded the Certification of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System to AYA SOMPO Insurance after reviewing and audited the following circumstances:

• Consistently providing the service that meets the needs of customers in accordance with the rules and regulations of Insurance Regulatory Bodies
• Providing the service to get customer satisfaction with the identical insurance service
• Ability to monitor and control the potential risks and opportunities of the company in accordance with the company’s objectives
• Ability to execute the processes to be in line with the defined Quality Management System (QMS)
